Journal of Qualitative Social Sciences (JQSS) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Asian Scholar Network (ASN) four times a year (February, May, August, & November). The main aim of this scholarly journal is to develop qualitative interpretation and analysis of phenomena in social sciences include, but are not limited to: anthropology, archaeology, education, communication studies, economics, history, human geography, jurisprudence, linguistics, political science, psychology, public health, and sociology. The journal offers both theoretical and analytical research, and publishes manuscripts based on research methods such as interviewing, participant observation, ethnography, historical analysis, content analysis and others which do not rely primarily on numerical data. Manuscripts can be written in English, Malay or Arabic.
